About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our innovative multibanking platform, a cloud-based web application that handles high-volume financial transactions securely and efficiently. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising software developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and agile coaches to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of banking technology, leveraging modern frameworks and AI tools to create impactful financial services for our customers. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in building modern banking software that delivers excellent user experiences. Proficiency in React and TypeScript is essential for frontend development, while backend expertise should include Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Experience working with microservices architectures and cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda) is highly desirable. A solid understanding of AI tools integration into development workflows, along with practical experience in building AI applications, will be considered a significant advantage. The candidate should be committed to writing clean, maintainable code, practicing test-driven development, and applying agile methodologies in daily work. Fluency in German at the C2 level is required for active participation in meetings and team communication.
