This is an *on-site role* covering *product thinking, UI, UX, QA, and AI-assisted development*. You don’t need to be an expert programmer. But you should understand software well enough to use tools like *Claude Code* effectively, review what they produce, debug issues, and build features with AI. ### What you’ll be doing * Build and improve product features using AI coding tools like Claude Code * Think deeply about UX and how real users will experience a feature * Test features thoroughly and find bugs, edge cases, and usability issues * Work with developers and the product team to improve solutions * Question unclear requirements and identify things we may have missed * Review AI-generated code and make sure it actually makes sense * Take ownership of the features and product areas assigned to you ### What we’re looking for * Basic-to-good understanding of software development * Strong eye for UI/UX and attention to detail * Good understanding of QA and software testing * Comfortable learning and working with AI coding tools * Good problem-solving and analytical thinking * Someone who takes responsibility for their work * Someone who doesn't just ask *"Does it work?", but also asks *"Is this the right way to build it?"** You should be curious, proactive, and willing to dig into a problem until you understand it. *The goal isn't just to complete tasks.
