As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of major transportation infrastructure projects and program workstreams while ensuring alignment with client objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.  In this role you will Lead the multidisciplinary technical coordination for assigned worksLead the review of technical submissionsManagers Engineering interfacesSupports constructability and change reviews Leads the resolution of technical issues Leads the development and communication of recommendations to the Owners project and construction leadershipBe expected to attend in person, the Clients office and construction site on a full time basis Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related disciplineMinimum 15 years of progressive experience delivering major infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience delivering large, complex transportation, transit, highway, bridge, rail, or infrastructure projectsExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Ideally, you'll also have Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or other relevant professional certificationPMP certificationExperience working in an owner's representative, program management, consulting, or infrastructure delivery environmentExperience supporting public sector transportation and infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with alternative delivery models such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CMGC, or Alliance delivery. Posted Salary Range Minimum 200,000.00 Posted Salary Range Upper 240,000.00 The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $240,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
