Senior Software Developer

Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules and services Write clean, secure, and maintainable code in line with engineering standards Perform code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis of defects Support agile development activities including sprint execution and backlog tasks Work with QA and DevOps teams on testing, CI/CD, and release activities Monitor application performance and support production issue resolution Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts Support continuous improvement, refactoring, and technical enhancements Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL — mandatory.Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Good understanding of databases and data warehouses, particularly Snowflake and OracleUnderstanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline concepts.Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.Strong understanding of API communication and integration.Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design principles.Willing to be based in Surabaya. Mendukung aktivitas pengembangan Agile, termasuk pelaksanaan sprint dan penyelesaian backlog. Bekerja sama dengan tim QA dan DevOps dalam proses pengujian, CI/CD, serta aktivitas release/deployment. Memantau kinerja aplikasi dan mendukung penyelesaian masalah pada lingkungan produksi. Memelihara dokumentasi teknis dan artefak pengembangan. Mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan, refactoring, dan peningkatan teknis sistem. Kualifikasi Minimal Sarjana (S1) Teknik Komputer, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.Memiliki kemampuan SQL yang kuat dan wajib dikuasai.Familiar menggunakan Business Intelligence tools seperti Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, atau platform sejenis.Memahami konsep database dan data warehouse, khususnya Snowflake dan Oracle.Memahami proses ETL/ELT serta konsep data pipeline.Menguasai Python dan/atau Node.js.Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai komunikasi dan integrasi API.Memahami prinsip-prinsip visualisasi data dan desain dashboard.Bersedia ditempatkan dan bekerja di Surabaya.
