Job Title: Junior Data Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA - Anywhere in United States Duration: Fulltime We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong foundation in data engineering concepts who are eager to build scalable data pipelines and work with modern cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.Assist in designing and managing data warehouses and data lakes.Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.Monitor data quality and troubleshoot pipeline issues.Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to support business requirements.Work with cloud platforms and big data technologies to process large datasets. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Exposure to tools like Apache Spark, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.Understanding of data modeling and database design.Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
