What you will do
Work directly with physicians, hospital IT, and clinical teams.Turn real clinical problems into production AI agents.Build, evaluate, and deploy agents end-to-end.Iterate based on clinical guidelines and customer feedback.Own the entire loop from identifying issues to production fixes.
What we are looking for
3–6 years of full-stack, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), or similar engineering experience.Strong Python backend skills.React and TypeScript experience.BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or STEM.Proven production engineering ownership.Technical proficiency in Python, Rust, Kubernetes, AWS, FHIR, LLMs, AI Agents, EHR Integrations, Carebricks, React, and TypeScript.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
