Vacancy: ADD Salary: 90-121 Key Responsibilities Forecast industry and market trends to help establish product and technology roadmapsIdentify and adapt evolutions in key technologies to maintain the competitive advantage of Husky productsEnd to end engineering from idea generation and prototype development through proof-of-concept validation, product development to eventual launchEmploy numerical analyses to better interpret and predict poorly understood physical phenomenaFirst principle research, including bibliographic searches and technology scoutingAssist Business Development teams, formulating business cases to justify development of new marketsWork closely with a team of cross-functional domain experts in Product Development and Validation teams to integrate innovations and new technologies into practical solutionsGenerating and presenting technical material, clearly and concisely to Executive teams and customersTechnical lead for projects, managing project timelines, resources and budgets Technical Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Master of Science preferred10+ years of experience in related industrial machine design or product development roleStrong background in mechanical design, including material selection, thermal and stress finite element analysisAbility to break down complex problems into functional subsystems, identifying the key parameters that drive performanceFull competency in 3D CAD software modeling and draftingExperience with sensor instrumentation, data analysis and machine learning an assetKnowledge in polymer science, hot runners, mold design and injection molding preferredAbility to use science and systematic methodologies as practical tools to find meaningful technical solutions Personal Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation)Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team membersWork well in progressive team environmentStrong time and project management skills, and ability to delegate tasks and projects Husky TechnologiesTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
