The role This company is building the AI operating system for enterprise IT, tackling the immense complexity of the ERP systems that power the world's largest companies. They're solving a genuinely hard problem, with significant traction among major enterprises and backed by leading investors. This isn't another AI wrapper; it's foundational work defining how large organizations will operate. You'll own products end-to-end, from initial concept and research to shipping in production with enterprise customers. This role demands deep engagement with users, shaping product direction directly from their needs, and delivering work that visibly moves the company forward. It's a seat for someone who wants to define the product for the next 12 months, not just execute on a backlog. The work Own product development end-to-end: research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration with enterprise customers.Engage directly with large enterprise users to understand their challenges and shape the product roadmap.Design and ship agentic AI systems, focusing on robust failure modes, evaluation frameworks, and tool design.Operate across a modern stack (Kotlin backend, React/Vite frontend, Temporal, in-house LLM harness) to maintain high velocity and flexibility.Be one of the key contributors defining the core product experience and capabilities over the next year. What You Bring You build with AI natively, reaching for agentic solutions, with demonstrable production or side project experience.You've shipped agentic systems and can articulate how you've handled failure modes, evals, and tool design.Strong, pragmatic engineering fundamentals; language/framework familiarity is secondary to quality of thinking and shipped work.Sharp product instincts, comfortable speaking to enterprise users, and a drive to solve their problems iteratively.You want to be in the office five days a week, as an early member of the New York office.
