This role involves working directly with our Microsoft customers to provide strategic and proactive assistance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting Windows Client environments and a strong understanding of hybrid infrastructures and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities The Win365 / MECM (aka SCCM)/Intune Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as a consultant and technical advisor to: Design, Deploy, Review and Assess the health of the infrastructure and clients around Windows 365 service and associated configuration management requirements of these servicesUpgrade, update and maintain the Win365 environmentTroubleshoot issues with infrastructure and clientsTune and optimize for performanceAssist with reportingAssist in setting up Management with IntuneAssist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Software Updates featureAssist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Task SequencesProvide training in all areas of Win365 and its ongoing management to ensure customer goals are met Ideal Candidate Experience 8+ years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant around virtual desktop infrastructure and modern endpoint managementAbility to present to multiple levels of customer leadership.Ability to act as a consultant and architect for multiple customers.Broad knowledge across multiple scenariosWin365/Windows Desktop using associated modern management toolingPackage/Application creationDesktop OS Upgrades using different approaches|Intune and Co-Management experienceSSRS Reporting and/or PowerBI experiencePowerShell scriptingDeep level knowledge in at least 3 of the above categories Technical Skills Requirements Microsoft Win365/VDI/ Endpoint Configuration Manager Broad knowledge of ALL the MECM areas below, with deep understanding of (at least) 4 of the following: Design, Infrastructure, Deployment, Upgrades.
