As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a high-impact AlgoSec Resident Engineer to join our Sales team and work with UK/EMEA based customers.

What You’ll Do
Consult customers with best practices as a 'Trusted Advisor'.
Identify trends in customer technical landscape, org structures, or priorities, and escalate key insights to internal teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, in a software company.
Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.) Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.) Experience working with Cloud platforms and managing Cloud Security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to operate under pressure in deadline-driven situations and business emergencies.
Experience dealing with Global customers.
Customer oriented and ability to establish customer’s trust.
Problem solver, result driven, demonstrating a ‘make it happen’ attitude, attention to details.
Team player, pleasant to work with, with a high level of integrity, bright, self-learner.
Ability to identify and escalate revenue-driving adoption or expansion signals.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, working on-site (UK/EMEA) with AlgoSec customers.
Nice To Have
Linux script: Perl/ Python/shell.
Knowledge of APIs (Java, REST).
Virtual routing and Software-defined networking.
