About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our cloud-based multibanking platform, which handles a significant volume of financial transactions daily. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless, secure, and scalable banking solutions that prioritize user experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and agile coaches to deliver innovative features and improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to shape the future of digital banking services. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of building modern, high-performance banking or financial software. Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development is essential, along with solid backend skills in Spring Boot (Java) and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda) is highly desirable. Candidates should have hands-on experience integrating AI tools into development workflows and a good understanding of their appropriate application. A strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, practicing test-driven development, and working within agile methodologies is required. Fluency in German at C2 level is necessary for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
