Experienced civil, buildings or structures Project Engineer / Project Manager required.
$160k- $170k+ super+ vehicle
My client is a major player in the Victorian construction industry, from the perspective of concrete repair, strengthening, remediation, all round structural enhancement works.
National business, delivering projects all over Australia, but with their core business in Melbourne, they work on the VIC's major projects.
From Vicroads highways/bridges, to wharfs, wind farms, to some of our iconic tunnels.
Your new role
They require an experienced civil / structural engineer to operate as a project manager, overseeing 4 engineers, driving them, and of course delivering the projects.
Unlike a principle builder, these guys DO the work (not just managing subbies).
You will be on the coal face, getting the works done.
Responsible for the delivery from a safety, timely and cost effective way, along side your team of engineers you will deliver multiple remediation/repair type projects.
With a strong turnover, recognised brand, history of working on some of VIC's most exciting infrastructure and building projects this is an exciting opportunity to slip into a thriving business and build.
Mix of office based 70% and site based 30%
What you'll need to succeed
Our client's requirements MUST be met;
Civil contractor / Structures projects background
Experience on civil infrastructure projects
6 years+ experience- Understanding of the Victorian market
Excellent communication skills
Ability to drive junior engineers, maintain strong culture
Drive, enthusiasm, personality.
Based in Melbourne South East
