Role Description This full-time remote Senior Software Engineer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software systems that support ForwardCare’s behavioral health platforms.
The role involves building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI-driven components, and ensuring reliability, security, and performance across distributed systems.
The Senior Software Engineer collaborates closely with product, clinical operations, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications
