In this client-facing role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, build, and support scalable web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into innovative and practical technology solutions. This is a remote opportunity supporting teams based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with the potential for contract extension. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies.Build, enhance, and support RESTful APIs and microservices that enable scalable and high-performing business solutions.Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide solution recommendations to product and business stakeholders.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.Troubleshoot application issues, support production environments, and drive timely resolution of defects.Collaborate closely with product teams, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing front-end applications using React.js.Experience with cloud-based application deployment and support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience performing technical feasibility assessments and solution design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams.
