Position: Appian Developer – Agentic AI & Process Automation
Location: Atlanta, GA
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Required Skills:
3–8+ years of overall software development experience with hands-on Appian development.Strong experience with Appian process models, records, reports, sites, groups, and rules.Proficiency in Appian SAIL for building dynamic interfaces.Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling.Experience integrating Appian with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.Knowledge of Java, XML, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Git, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.Understanding of AI Agents, Agentic Automation, IDP, RPA, and Process Mining.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian BPM applications.Build process models, SAIL interfaces, records, reports, and workflows.Develop integrations with external systems, APIs, and databases.Implement AI Agents and intelligent document processing within Appian workflows.Leverage Appian Data Fabric, Appian Composer, and Process HQ for automation and modernization.Integrate Appian with external AI platforms using MCP and other supported integrations.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Ensure application security, scalability, auditability, and maintainability.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical documentation.Preferred Qualifications:
Appian Certified Associate, Senior, or Lead Developer.Experience with Appian AI Agents, Data Fabric, Composer, and Process HQ.Exposure to Snowflake AI, AWS, or Azure.Experience in regulated or public-sector environments.Knowledge of Appian mobile development and performance tuning.Soft Skills:
