Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Plan, design, and implement network technology related projectsStrong time management skills to manage multiple projects and tasksEnsure future network related roadmap/strategy is soundFully document network related infrastructureSupport / troubleshoot network related infrastructureBe a resource for the Engineering and QA teams with their projects, troubleshooting and implementations to productionAssist with other network and development projects as neededServe on-call duties to support the network for one week approximately every 4-5 weeksAfter hours changes required on equipment that supports productionOccasional travel for network installations
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Education
Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience
Preferred Certification Cisco certifications a plus
10 years real world experience managing Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Wireless and Mobility environments

Meraki, Nexus, SD-WAN, VPN, Routing & F5 load balancers (LTM/ASM/AFM/GTM) experience requiredBGP, EIGRP and other dynamic routing protocols experience requiredDHCP & DNS experience requiredTCP/UDP experience requiredOracle Acme SBC and SIP protocol troubleshooting experience preferredVMware Experience a plusExcellent written and oral communication requiredNetwork Documentation: Lucid Chart (or similar), Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.Ability to manage Projects, Respond to Incidents and Service Requests
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
Travel is required to support network project deployments to Call Centers, Data Centers and Training.
(10% of time)Work Tools: Jira, Confluence, O365, Network monitoring tools etc.This position is full time 40- 50 hours per week with on call support.
(Once every 4-5 weeks)Professional Office Setting: Employees enjoy working indoors in an environmentally controlled setting.
