Job Description HII Mission Technologies seeks an innovative remote AI-Enabled Solutions Developer to join our enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO). This role leverages modern AI-assisted development tools to rapidly build and deploy full stack web applications, mobile applications, and integrated business solutions that support defense contract management operations. As an AI-Enabled Solutions Developer, you will work alongside program managers and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into functional applications. The primary focus will be developing and enhancing our Program Management Portal, with additional opportunities to build mobile applications and automation tools that improve efficiency across our defense services portfolio. This position requires a blend of technical fluency, systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with AI coding assistants to accelerate development timelines. Essential Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Program Management Portal using modern web frameworks and database technologiesBuild cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworksLeverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution deliveryTranslate business requirements into application architecture and functional specificationsDesign and implement database schemas, APIs, and integration points with existing business systemsConduct rapid prototyping to validate concepts with stakeholdersDebug, test, and refine AI-generated code for quality and performanceCreate technical documentation for developed solutionsCollaborate with program managers to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvementsSupport integrations with enterprise tools including Smartsheet, financial systems, and reporting platformsMaintain and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and evolving requirementsResearch, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and applications softwareParticipate in planning for system deployment and ensure software compliance standards are metDocument testing and maintenance of system corrections Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or technical solution deliveryProficiency with modern web development frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)Experience with mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, or native)Working knowledge of database design and SQLFamiliarity with API development (REST, GraphQL)Experience using AI-assisted coding toolsStrong problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and business stakeholdersHands on experience using AI-enabled coding tools to develop external applications supporting program functions such as finance, deliverables, procurement, staffing, and risk trackingExperience working within AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5 environments (CMMC Level 1/2)Practical software development experience with an emphasis on building and deploying scalable solutionsExperience with CI/CD practices and pipelinesAbility to coordinate and collaborate with a portal team of 4–5 members for front end/back end support, onboarding, training, and CI/CD effortsStrong communication skills for remote collaboration, updates, and cross-team awarenessU.S. Citizenship requiredClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance Preferred Requirements 5+ years of software development experience across multiple platformsExperience with Python, Java, or similar backend languagesKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Retool, Smartsheet, Power Platform)Background in defense contracting or government servicesUnderstanding of program management concepts and workflowsExperience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesPortfolio demonstrating AI-assisted development projectsExperience with DoD or industry-standard applicationsExperience supporting cross-matrix and multi-functional teams The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
