Product Development Specialist

Architecture, functionality and a real impact on the product - take the next step in your career. We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our Warsaw team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in residential development and have a tangible impact on solutions designed with future residents in mind. You will support the assessment of sites’ development potential, contribute to consultations on permitting processes and development capacity analyses, update design standards, and collaborate on the selection of solutions, materials and technologies. Your responsibilities will also include working with the sales team and architects on the design of sales offices and show apartments, supporting the delivery of turnkey apartments, and analysing the market and competition. This Role May Be Right For You If you have a degree in architecture and at least two years of experience in architectural design and/or residential development preparation;you understand the construction process and the legal regulations governing development preparation;you are interested in aesthetic and functional trends in residential development;you collaborate effectively with different teams and external partners;you communicate confidently in English.
