Expected salary range of $145,800 to $162,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose Of Position As the engineering subject matter expert, this position will provide senior engineer level expertise in the area of Cyber Security. This position performs advanced engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations and is responsible for technical decisions associated with Cyber Security. Supports fleet initiatives and plant design modifications, testing and problem solving. Assure all engineering products prepared or overseen are in accordance with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements. Leads sub-project teams. Coordinates project accountabilities and planning goals with respect to engineering personnel. Primary Duties And Accountabilities Serves as a sub-team leader for fleet cyber security initiativesCoordinate Information Technology (IT) and site teams to implement and administer the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) mandated cyber security program.Serve as primary contact IT and site teams to implement and administer the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)/North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) mandated cyber security program.Perform Cyber assessments as required by the NRC/FERC/NERC cyber security programs.Support the sites in testing and issue resolution associated with the cyber security programs.Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise; evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to the business.Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 10 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber securityAssociate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 12 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber securityHigh school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber securityNuclear related experienceExperience in change management techniques with new technology implementationMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
