About the role:
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and orchestration workflows.
Integrate proxy controls with patching, IPL/restart, and software-release processes.
Build pre-checks, post-checks, health validation, rollback, and manual fallback procedures.
Integrate automation with Jenkins and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
Apply source control, testing, approval, promotion, access-control, and audit standards to automation.
Produce operational playbooks that BizOps can execute safely.
Required skills
Advanced Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform experience.
Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD orchestration.
Python and Linux scripting.
Infrastructure as Code, Git-based workflows, and API integration.
Experience automating high-risk production maintenance and recovery procedures.
Preferred experience
Network and application traffic-drain automation.
Policy-based access control and enterprise change-management integration.
Mission-critical infrastructure or transaction-processing environments.
