Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

Queensland | FIFO / DIDO | Major Civil Infrastructure Durack Civil is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong TMR experience to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across regional and remote Queensland. This is not a desk-based PM role. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a project, lead the team, manage the client and drive the job commercially and operationally from start to finish. The Role You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your project, including: Leading TMR road and civil infrastructure projectsManaging project teams, engineers, supervisors and subcontractorsProgramming, planning and driving daily productionManaging budgets, forecasting and project commercial performanceManaging variations, EOTs, contractual notices and claimsBuilding strong relationships with TMR representatives and contract administratorsManaging quality, safety and environmental requirementsCoordinating plant, labour, materials and subcontractorsIdentifying project risks early and solving problems before they become expensiveMaintaining clear reporting and accountability across the projectTaking genuine ownership of the result About You We’re particularly interested in people who have: Proven Project Manager experience delivering TMR projectsStrong knowledge of TMR specifications, contracts and project administrationA civil engineering or construction backgroundExperience delivering roadworks, pavements, earthworks, drainage and associated civil worksStrong commercial and contractual capabilityExperience managing projects in regional or remote environmentsThe ability to lead teams and make decisions without needing constant directionA practical understanding of construction — not just project reporting Why Durack Civil?
