Due to continued project growth, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Project Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team working across a technically challenging and large-scale infrastructure program. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle — from planning and scheduling through to procurement, delivery and project completion — within an environment that values technical capability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: • Managing planning and scheduling activities including construction tracking and reporting • Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project documentation • Coordinating engineering deliverables and supporting site execution teams • Monitoring project progress, forecasting and cost performance • Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor coordination • Identifying project risks, issues and improvement opportunities • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards • Working closely with stakeholders across engineering, construction and client teams About You To be successful in this role you will ideally possess: • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification • Previous experience within construction, infrastructure, oil & gas or energy projects • Strong project coordination and technical problem-solving capability • Ability to interpret technical designs and construction documentation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working within site-based project environments • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected project team delivering critical infrastructure within one of Queensland’s key energy regions.
