Position Summary:
Infrastructure Engineer - 3 Alteryx Cloud Implementation
Software Engineer with deep Alteryx platform expertise, strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Google Cloud Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) experience, and proven success delivering cloud platform implementations within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
The candidate must be capable of leading the Alteryx Cloud implementation end-to-end, driving strategy, architecture, migration, governance, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer with minimal oversight while effectively influencing stakeholders across technology, product, operations, cybersecurity, risk, and vendor teams.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, analytics engineering, or enterprise technology implementation experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx, including Alteryx Server, Alteryx Designer, and/or Alteryx One (Alteryx Cloud).
Experience implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise Alteryx environments.
Experience with Alteryx Cloud implementations and/or migrations from Alteryx Server to Alteryx Cloud.
Demonstrated ability to function as a self-starter, independently driving initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, documentation, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.
Proven experience leading complex technology implementations, cloud migrations, or platform transformation efforts with minimal oversight.
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud architecture, networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) design, implementation, and administration.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting cloud networking, routing, firewall rules, DNS, and secure communication between cloud and on-premises environments.
Experience implementing and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications.
Strong understanding of identity and access management, authentication, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and role-based access controls.
Strong experience with data connectivity, enterprise integrations, APIs, and platform interoperability.
Experience developing technical architecture documents, migration plans, governance frameworks, support models, and operational runbooks.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and integrations.
Experience using Jira in Agile and/or Kanban delivery environments.
Experience in financial services or another highly regulated environment, including working within governance, risk, compliance, audit, change management, and security controls.
Strong technical documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Ability to influence decisions, manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and drive results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Proven ability to lead technical work independently and provide effective knowledge transfer to engineering and support teams.
