Full Stack AI Solution Architect

SDH Systems is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Solution Architect to lead a team of engineers delivering performant, resilient, and scalable SaaS applications for complex, real-world industrial environments. You will own day-to-day delivery execution — from sprint planning and code quality to hands-on development across the full stack — while working closely with the team to translate architectural direction into working, production-grade software. Interested Professionals please share your Updated CV to suchi.n@sdhsystems.com  Job Title: Full stack AI Solution Architect Location: Houston, TX (Local candidates preferred) Visa: Any Interview Process: Video (2 Rounds) Work Schedule: Onsite What You'll Do • Team Leadership: Lead a team of full stack engineers (onshore/offshore); assign work, review code, unblock technical issues, and ensure delivery quality and velocity. • Full Stack Development: Design and build features end-to-end — frontend (Angular/React), backend services (Python, Node.js, or Java), and integration with data and cloud infrastructure. • Delivery Ownership: Own sprint execution, timelines, and milestone commitments; proactively flag risks and deviations to project leadership. • Architecture Alignment: Partner closely with the Solution Architect to implement microservices-based, cloud-native (and on-premises, where required) architecture decisions in code. • AI & Agentic Enablement: Implement AI/ML and agentic AI features (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent frameworks) into the application per architectural guidance and contribute practical feedback on feasibility/effort. • Code Quality: Enforce coding standards, write and review unit tests, and ensure code is production-ready before handoff to QA. • CI/CD & DevOps: Own and maintain build/release pipelines (GitLab Runner or equivalent), ensuring smooth, repeatable deployments across environments (dev/test/prod). • Data Layer Implementation: Implement data models and integrations across relational and NoSQL systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server) per architectural design. • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, sprint reports, and status updates for stakeholders. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Solution Architect, Product, QA, and customer-facing teams to ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and timelines. • Mentorship: Coach and grow team members' technical skills; conduct code reviews and pairing sessions as needed. The Technology Stack • Frontend: Angular/React • Backend: Python, Node.js, Java • AI/ML: LLMs, agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), RAG, vector databases • Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server; data pipelines (Databricks, Airflow, Delta Lake) as needed • Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible • DevOps: CI/CD build pipelines, GitLab Runner (or equivalent) • Architecture: Microservices, SaaS design patterns Desired Profile • The Delivery Owner: You take end-to-end accountability for what your team ships — quality, timeline, and communication. • The Hands-On Coder: You lead by example, actively writing and reviewing code, not just assigning tickets. • The Team Builder: You mentor engineers, resolve blockers quickly, and keep the team motivated and aligned. • The Clear Communicator: You proactively surface risks and deviations early, rather than letting issues surface late. Qualifications • BS in Computer Science or related STEM field. • 12+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years leading a development team. • Strong hands-on full stack development experience (frontend + backend). • Experience with cloud-native technologies (Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server). • Fluency in one or more of: Python, Node.js, Java. • Hands-on experience with Angular/React. • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (GitLab Runner or equivalent). • Proven experience managing sprint delivery, timelines, and team output. • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to represent delivery status clearly to customer stakeholders. • Experience writing unit tests and enforcing code quality standards. Good to Have: • Exposure to AI/ML or agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, AutoGen, Crew AI). • Prior experience in Oil & Gas or other industrial domains. • Experience working in onshore/offshore hybrid delivery models. • Azure or AWS certifications.
