Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution (60%)
Lead code reviews and provide hands-on technical guidance in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Troubleshoot and debug production issues; analyze logs to identify root causes.Collaborate with developers to ensure quality, consistency, and best practices in front-end implementation.Oversee and contribute to enhancements across modern web architecture, including React and API layers.
Team & Project Leadership (40%)
