We’re currently looking for a Software Engineer to add to our team.
The work you’ll do:
Build accessible, responsive websites and applications from design files (Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)Write semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with or without a framework such as React, Next.js, or AstroUse Git for branching, pull requests, and code review (we use Azure DevOps and GitHub)Read requirements closely, spot gaps early, and ask good questions before the gaps become bugsExplain technical decisions clearly to clients and teammates who aren't developersCollaborate with designers, developers, and clients, and work well on your ownManage multiple long-term projects along with often urgent smaller tasksEstimate and plan work
The credentials you have:
An eye for design, front-end performance, and accessibilityExperience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or PostCSSSolid JavaScript skills, with and without a frameworkA passion for UI development and learning new technologies
Bonus points for:
PHP and PHP CMSs such as WordPressHeadless CMSs and content modelingBuilding or integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL)Mobile app development, such as React NativeTesting experience
