Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development is required, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as RPG/RPGLE, Python, GoLang, and DotNet, along with experience in version control systems like Git, scripting with Bash, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
