Description

Title: EDI/MFT Software Engineer Location: Harrison, AR (Onsite - Only Local) Duration: 12+ Months contract (with possible extension) MOI: Video LinkedIn Required and visa must be valid for at least the next 6 months 2 references also required Attached is the resume of selected candidate About the Role · Provide L2/L3 production support for CLEO-based EDI and MFT integrations, including proactive monitoring, incident triage, and issue resolution. · Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transactions, file transfers, mappings, and partner connectivity issues to identify root causes and implement fixes. · Perform log analysis, reprocessing, restart jobs, and data validation to ensure successful and timely file exchanges. · Coordinate with clients, internal development teams, and external party to drive issue resolution and provide clear status updates. · Support defect fixes, configuration changes, and enhancement deployments in collaboration with other teams and release teams. · Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of CLEO support processes and SLAs. Must-Have skills for the role The primary skills would be EDI and MFT. Cleo is a platform that allows configuration of these types of files to be exchanged.
