Job Title: Senior Staff Software Engineer – Kubernetes / Cloud Infrastructure Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to build and enhance a large-scale Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang), advanced Kubernetes engineering, Kubernetes controllers, and cloud infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes-based compute platforms.Build and enhance Kubernetes controllers and operators.Develop and work with Kubernetes admission webhooks.Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.Design and develop cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, GCP, or Azure.Provide technical leadership and collaborate with distributed engineering teams.Required Skills: 12+ years of infrastructure or software engineering experience.Strong Go (Golang) development experience.Advanced Kubernetes expertise in production environments.Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes controllers.Experience with Kubernetes APIs, operators, and admission webhooks.4+ years of public cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience leading complex technical projects across multiple teams.
