Diese Position Berichtet An Pricing Manager __ Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of ABB's global Pricing Excellence Program (PEP), driving pricing capability transformation across the organization. You will design innovative learning journeys, develop best-in-class pricing content, analyze pricing maturity and performance data, and partner with stakeholders globally to improve pricing processes, structures, and commercial effectiveness. By leveraging market intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies, you will help establish pricing excellence as a sustainable competitive advantage for ABB. The work model for the role is: remote #remote Preferred location: Europe (flexible) Travel requirements: ~25% of the time This role is 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week). This role is contributing to the Global Pricing Organization. Main stakeholders are Global Pricing Leadership, Country Pricing Managers, Business Analytics Teams, Commercial Excellence Teams, Sales Organizations, and Business Leaders across ABB. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Lead ABB’s global Pricing Excellence Program, defining strategy, priorities, and capability-building initiatives across countries. Design and deliver pricing workshops, tools, and learning programs that improve pricing knowledge and commercial effectiveness. Analyze pricing performance, identify capability gaps, and drive improvements in pricing processes, governance, and decision-making. Partner with global stakeholders to implement pricing best practices, promote adoption of new approaches, and build long-term pricing capabilities. The team collaborates closely with commercial, analytics, and business leaders worldwide to drive data-driven pricing decisions, continuous improvement, and sustainable business growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Qualifications For The Role Proven experience in pricing, commercial excellence, strategic marketing, business analytics, consulting, or related discipline.Knowledge of pricing methodologies, pricing processes, value-based selling, negotiations, and commercial strategy.Demonstrated ability to lead complex international programs and drive change across diverse organizations.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across global and cross-functional environments.Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business data, identifying insights, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, learning solutions, or capability-building initiatives.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
