Job Title: System Test Engineer Location: Columbus, IN 47201 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Duration: 12 Months Key Technical Requirements: System testing, requirement-based testing, system integration testing, functional testing, end-to-end validation, and fault injection testingAutomotive communication protocols including CAN, J1939, OBD, and UDSTest automation using CAPL, NI TestStand, Python, and automation frameworksVector CANoe/CANape and HIL testingMIL/SIL testingBattery Management System (BMS) domain experienceExperience working with software, hardware, and system integration teamsKnowledge of RV&S, GitLab, and OEM calibration toolsAUTOSAR experience is an added advantageKey Responsibilities: Analyze system, functional, safety, and customer requirementsReview BMS architecture, interfaces, and diagnostic requirementsDevelop system test plans, specifications, procedures, and test casesConfigure and maintain HIL test benchesTest CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet communicationEstablish requirements traceabilityPerform fault injection and safety mechanism validationIdentify and track defects using tools such as JIRA, ALM, or RV&SCollaborate with software, hardware, and system engineering teamsFollow ASPICE and configuration/change management processes
