– Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processes following Salesforce best practices.Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform data migration, data transformation, and integration activities using tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce APIs.Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes and enhancements.Write unit tests and maintain high code coverage while ensuring code quality and platform compliance.Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, release management, and CI/CD processes.Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.Monitor system performance and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Work with SOQL and SOSL to query and manipulate Salesforce data efficiently.Follow Salesforce development standards, governor limits, security guidelines, and deployment best practices.Create and maintain technical documentation for custom applications, integrations, configurations, and development processes.Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and emerging development technologies.
