About The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Front-end Developer to join our team remotely within the United States. In this full-time, direct W2 position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing modern SAP applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and maintainability. You will own the complete Fiori/UI5 development lifecycle, collaborating closely with functional consultants, ABAP developers, and UX teams to deliver responsive and accessible SAP Fiori applications across various devices including desktop, tablet, and mobile. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAPUI5, Fiori elements, and OData services, combined with a strong sense of UX principles, accessibility standards, and clean-architecture practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori / UI5 development.Proficiency with SAPUI5, Fiori elements, and the Fiori Launchpad.Strong experience with OData v2/v4 modeling and consumption.Expertise in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS.Working knowledge of ABAP CDS views, BOPF, and gateway service development.Experience deploying Fiori applications to ABAP frontend and BTP runtimes.Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and SAP security patterns.Excellent attention to UX, accessibility, and application performance.Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.Collaborate with functional consultants and UX teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.Own the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and support of SAPUI5 applications.Implement responsive designs ensuring applications are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.Develop and consume OData services for seamless data integration and interaction within SAP Fiori apps.Ensure security and compliance by adhering to SAP security patterns, authentication, and authorization protocols.Optimize application performance and accessibility, ensuring a high-quality user experience.Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, configurations, and technical specifications.Stay updated with the latest SAPUI5/Fiori developments and incorporate new features and best practices into projects.
