AI Engineer

Summary We are looking for AI Engineer to to design and scale intelligent backend systems, machine learning pipelines, and data architectures. In this role, you will build production-grade AI services on AWS using Python or Node.js, integrating machine learning models with robust data engineering and analytics pipelines. This is a long-term consulting job and the client is one of the major banks. Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Toronto Key Responsibilities Architect and build production-ready AI backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.Build scalable data engineering pipelines to extract, clean, and deliver data for ML models.Deploy, scale, and manage machine learning models and AI workflows on AWS cloud infrastructure.Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to turn machine learning concepts into production systems.Optimize system performance, query speeds, model latency, and data processing workflows. Requirements & Qualifications 7+ years of working experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Backend Developer.Strong backend engineering proficiency in Python or Node.js.Hands-on experience with AWS.Solid foundation in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data analytics.Practical understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks, RESTful APIs, and cloud architecture.
