About This Opportunity As a Full Stack Developer II, you will be responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and supporting software solutions across the Serve platform. This role is heavily focused on Microsoft .NET application development and service-layer engineering while also contributing to React-based user experiences and Oracle-backed database development. You will work across multiple application tiers, including APIs, service integrations, transactional systems, web applications, and database components. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong software engineering fundamentals, thrives in a highly collaborative environment, and possesses a desire to learn the complex business domain that drives prepaid financial products and transaction processing. Responsibilities Backend Development (Primary Focus): Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET platform.Build and support ASP.NET Web APIs and distributed service architectures.Enhance, troubleshoot, and modernize existing WCF services.Participate in service migration initiatives, including SOAP-to-REST modernization efforts.Develop secure, performant, and resilient integration solutions with internal and external partners.Diagnose and resolve production issues across application, API, integration, and infrastructure layers.Participate in on-call support and production incident response activities as required. Front End Development (Secondary Focus): Develop and maintain Single Page Applications (SPA) using React.Build reusable UI components and shared application frameworks.Consume REST APIs and integrate complex business workflows into customer-facing experiences.Collaborate with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions. Database Development (Supporting Focus): Develop and support Oracle database solutions.Create and maintain SQL queries, packages, stored procedures, and data access logic.Collaborate with database engineers to optimize application performance. Qualifications NET Development (Highest Priority):4+ years of professional software engineering experience.Advanced proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.Experience with observability and troubleshooting using centralized logging platforms like SplunkStrong experience developing and supporting:ASP.NET Core Web APIsRESTful servicesWCF services (Legacy SOAP)Performant Data access patternsAsync programming modelExperience troubleshooting distributed systems and service integrations.Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns. React Development (Medium Priority): Experience developing modern web applications using React.Strong understanding of:React component architectureState managementJavaScript/TypeScriptHTML5CSS/SASSAPI integration patternsExperience working within large shared codebases and multi-brand web platforms. Oracle & SQL Development (Medium Priority): Experience writing complex SQL statements.Working knowledge of Oracle databases.Experience supporting stored procedures, packages, views, and performance tuning efforts.Ability to troubleshoot application issues involving database interactions.
