In this role, you will work with business leaders and technical teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, build innovative solutions using Microsoft AI technologies, and ensure successful adoption that delivers real business impact. This position combines AI solution development, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement, giving you the opportunity to shape how AI is embedded into everyday business operations across Lenovo. You will report to the Director, SSG Offering Development and Sales Transformation, working closely with global teams to accelerate AI innovation and digital transformation initiatives. What You Will Do Discover Define Partner with Domain Leaders and subject matter experts to understand business workflows, identify pain points, and uncover high-value opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, productivity, and business impact.Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases, balancing innovation with practicality to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and successfully adopted by end users. AI Solution Development Design and build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow automation tools, and custom development where needed.Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions in agile sprint cycles, working closely with users to validate concepts, gather feedback, and continuously improve outcomes. Deployment Operational Integration Deliver AI solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing business processes and workflows, ensuring sustainable adoption and measurable business value beyond standalone proof-of-concepts.Develop scalable frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices that can be leveraged across teams and functions to accelerate future AI initiatives and improve delivery consistency. Adoption Continuous Improvement Own the success of deployed solutions by driving user adoption, partnering with change management teams and stakeholders to ensure employees embrace and effectively utilize new AI capabilities.Monitor solution performance and gather post-deployment feedback, continuously enhancing functionality, increasing business impact, and identifying opportunities for further optimization and scaling. What You Will Bring 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a related technical role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering technology solutions that solve real business challenges.Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions within enterprise environments, with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes and user adoption.Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration frameworks, and agent-based architectures, including practical experience applying these technologies to business use cases.Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and workflow platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and operational scalability.Proficiency with Microsoft AI and productivity technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar AI-enabled platforms used to develop and deploy intelligent business solutions.Programming and custom development experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, with the ability to build tailored solutions when off-the-shelf tools do not fully address business requirements.Strong stakeholder management, consulting, or solution architecture skills, with the ability to work directly with business leaders, understand requirements, influence decision-making, and translate technical concepts into clear business language.Passion for driving adoption and organizational change, with experience supporting user enablement, process transformation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure solutions deliver lasting business value beyond technical implementation.
