What we are looking for? We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Full Stack Engineer who excels in problem-solving and takes full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently lead and deliver projects, proactively identify inefficiencies, and automate repetitive processes using modern AI tools and agent-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned projects from design to delivery, ensuring quality and timeline adherenceSolve complex technical problems with scalable and maintainable solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern technologiesBuild responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React (expert level)Develop backend services and APIs using Java (expert level)Work with cloud services on AWS (intermediate level) for deployment, scaling, and system reliabilityIdentify repetitive/manual processes and create intelligent automation solutions using AI tools and agentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining the ability to work independentlyContinuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approachAbility to own features/projects end-to-end with minimal supervisionReact (Expert) – deep understanding of component architecture, hooks, performance optimizationJava (expert) – solid backend development experience, API design, and integrationAWS (Intermediate) – experience with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, or similarExperience designing scalable and maintainable systemsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
