Product Engineer

Referment is working with an AI-powered B2B marketing technology company whose platform personalises content, tracks account engagement and supports sales activity across the buyer journey. This is a product-engineering role with ownership from customer problem through architecture, implementation and iteration. You will work across backend services, web interfaces, event infrastructure and AI-powered features, collaborating directly with Product, customers and commercial teams to decide what should be built as well as how to build it. The role is available on a hybrid London basis or remotely. The Role Lead product problems from an ambiguous customer need through design, delivery and iteration.Build Go services and TypeScript, React and Next.js interfaces used by enterprise marketing and sales teams.Develop AI-powered functionality for content generation, account intelligence and campaign automation.Design scalable event pipelines, identity resolution, CRM synchronisation and integration infrastructure.Work with Kafka, Postgres, Redis and BigQuery across AWS and GCP environments.Partner with Product, customers and go-to-market teams to shape priorities and evaluate commercial outcomes. What We’re Looking For A product-minded engineer who focuses on solving the right customer problem across the stack.Experience leading projects from an unclear brief to a production release, ideally in a startup or fast-moving product team.Production experience in at least one of Go, TypeScript and React, or cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP, with willingness to learn the rest.Comfort making decisions without a detailed specification and taking responsibility for the result.Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical colleagues. Experience with high-volume event systems, CRM integrations, data infrastructure or production AI features would be particularly relevant, but the source does not require every technology listed. This could suit a strong full-stack, backend or product-focused engineer who wants direct customer context and end-to-end ownership rather than narrowly defined tickets. #Referment
