Entry Level Software Engineer

Are you an undergrad itching to boost your professional and coding skills? Motability Operations has an exciting opportunity for students to join our Software Engineering team for a year in industry. During your placement, you won't be on the side-lines... you'll be right in the thick of it, applying and broadening your skills, being an active member of our agile product teams. Your work will revolve around developing and maintaining production software that matters to both our internal and external customers. We’re passionate about fostering collaboration. Plus, you'll have regular one-on-one chats with a dedicated mentor who'll be there to offer you even more advice and support. Who you’ll be working with The Software Engineering team is part of the Technology division of the company. Here, we collaborate across diverse agile product teams, consisting of Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Specialists, Product Owners, and a dedicated Scrum Master.
