AI Full Stack Developer Location: Warren, MI / Austin, TX Position: Contract - W2 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AI-focused Full Stack Developer to join Client Manufacturing IT team supporting the Client One Ops initiative. This team is building a connected digital experience for manufacturing leaders across 100+ plants globally. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, hands-on AI-driven development experience, and the ability to leverage modern AI coding tools to accelerate application development. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the software engineering and production of AI-powered products.Develop, test, and release AI-enabled applications and platform capabilities.Support development operations and release management activities.Write production-quality code using Python and React.Test features and capabilities to ensure reliability, quality, and system credibility.Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate software development and delivery.Collaborate with senior engineers, managers, and cross-functional technology teams.Manage development tasks and deliverables through Jira.Participate in team stand-ups and Agile development activities.Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues and contribute to continuous improvement.Required Qualifications 8–10 years of software engineering experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong AI-driven development / AI engineering experience.Strong software development experience with Python and React.Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into software development workflows.Strong understanding of software engineering and development practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively with multiple engineering and technology teams.Technical Skills Must-Have: AI-driven development / AI engineering and codingSoftware engineering with React and PythonHands-on experience leveraging AI coding and development toolsInfrastructure / Platform Experience: Kubernetes / HelmPython / FastAPI / UvicornCI/CD and containerizationAzure / AKS / ACRGitHub ActionsLoad testing with k6 or LocustDistributed systems / SRE / platform engineeringPreferred: Istio, Linkerd, or CiliumService mesh and mTLSSecure container runtimes such as gVisor or Kata ContainersChaos engineeringLLM infrastructure concepts including tool calling, agent memory, state graphs, and token streamingWhy Join This Project?
