Web Development Intern

As a Web Development Intern based at our Corporate Office Amsterdam Sloterdijk, you will gain hands-on experience in website management, digital marketing, and online performance optimisation. Working closely with our Digital and Web Development teams, you will support website projects across our hotels, restaurants, and brands while developing valuable skills in analytics, user experience, content management, and digital marketing. Responsibilities Support the analysis of website performance, user experience, and online engagement Assist with website content updates across multiple brands and hotel websites Monitor website dashboards and highlight opportunities for improvement Support the creation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Assist with website testing and quality assurance activities Work with external digital agencies and support project coordination using tools such as Asana Support digital projects that enhance website performance and the guest journey Learn how large-scale hospitality websites are managed and maintained Assist with monitoring website analytics and translating data into actionable insights Gain experience with digital tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics Support the Digital team with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities Essential Requirements Studying Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, IT, E-commerce, or a related field Available for a minimum internship period of five months Interested in digital marketing, websites, e-commerce, or online customer experiences Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and systems Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Comfortable working in an international team environment Preferred Requirements Interest in website management, analytics, or digital marketing Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, or content management systems is an advantage Experience with digital, website, or marketing projects through studies, extracurricular activities, or personal interests Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn Interested in developing a career within digital marketing, e-commerce, or web management Your Benefits And Perks Tasty meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Career opportunities across our hotels and corporate teams throughout Europe Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of job-related expenses.
