DIGITALL operates globally with a team of 1000 experts in 16 locations across 8 countries We are seeking a Python developer responsible for building and maintaining application components, with working knowledge of the broader infrastructure and application landscape. This is your job: Develop and maintain Python-based components and automation within the Scrum team's backlog.Work with Jenkins, Jira, GitHub, containers and/or Kubernetes as part of the delivery pipeline.Build and deepen knowledge of networks, applications databases and both Linux and Windows operating systems.Be online, accessible and responsive during core working hours, 08:00–17:00 CET/CEST.Actively participate in technical and non-technical team discussions, sprint ceremonies and planning.Produce high-quality code following agreed team conventions (naming, folder structure, formatting, security).Maintain test coverage above 80% (unit, integration, API and E2E tests) for all new functionality, including edge cases such as rollback.Raise pull requests for every feature and address review comments through the release tool.Fulfil the team's Definition of Done for every backlog item before closure.Rotate through the Supporter of the Sprint duty (and its backup) — triage and resolve incidents/bugs/questions raised during the sprint, maintain PBIs with meaningful status updates, and hand over cleanly to the next supporter.Maintain up-to-date technical and process documentation (e.g., Confluence) for any breaking change, new API, or architectural update.Keep ticket status current at least every other day while work is in progress.Communicate proactively: flag blockers early, report absences/out-of-office in the calendar, and collaborate across teams and disciplines (T-shaped skills encouraged). Your qualifications: Working experience in Python.Experience using Scrum, Jenkins, Jira, GitHub, containers and/or Kubernetes.Working knowledge of networks, applications, databases and OS administration (Linux and Windows), with willingness to deepen this knowledge. Preferred / Nice To Have Experience with Dynatrace, PowerShell or similar tooling. General Requirements Bulgaria; available for on-site meetings in Sofia at least every second week.Fluent in English and Bulgarian.Experience with public cloud providers, preferably GCP (AWS/Azure also acceptable).Minimum :4 years of relevant experience, commensurate with the assigned seniority level.Agile mindset — comfortable working in a trust-based, empowered, continuously-learning Scrum environment.
