Position: Lead Generative AI/Agentic AI Engineer Pay Range: $65-70/hr. on W2 Location: Columbus Ohio 43219 Duration: Till 10/14/2027, with possible extension or conversion Job Description/About the Role: Join a team building the future of enterprise AI.As a Lead Software Engineer, candidates will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable reusable AI capabilities across the organization.Candidates will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities: Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.Required Qualifications: Full-Stack Development7 plus years of experience developing enterprise web applications.Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.Generative AI Engineering2 plus years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.Enterprise Application Development5 plus years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.Agile and Self-Starter MindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.Preferred Qualifications: 2 plus years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.Required Qualifications: 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
