📢 Hiring: Senior QA / Test Specialist
We are looking for an experienced QA / Test Specialist with 10+ years of enterprise software testing experience to support large-scale systems and complex testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, performance, stress, and load testing.Perform both manual and automated testing.Develop automation using Selenium, Postman, UFT, TestComplete, or similar tools.Track and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Bugzilla, etc.Validate backend data using SQL/Oracle and perform data reconciliation/integrity testing.Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.Ensure compliance with AODA/accessibility standards and QA best practices.Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of software testing experience in enterprise environments.Strong manual + automated testing experience.AODA / WCAG testing experience.Selenium or Postman.JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools.JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.Strong SQL/Oracle and backend/data validation experience.Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, Azure or AWS is an asset.Public-sector / OPS QA standards and practices experience is an asset.📩 Interested?
