Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Role: Sr. .Net Full Stack Developer Location: Dallas, TX Mode of Hire: Full Time Skills Required: The Software Engineer role entails responsibilities within our engineering department spanning several domains—from data engineering to workflow development. As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers, researchers, and other stake holders to identify requirements and build robust internal tools.Specific responsibilities are expected to include:Delivering projects via both individual engineering contribution and direction of internal and external staffProviding production support for various time-sensitive systems such as signal dashboards, portfolio management systems, external trade feeds, risk systems, operational/accounting systems and many othersUsing modern, proven architectural designs to enhance existing and build new APIs, frameworks, CI/CD pipelines.Performing data analysis and reconciliations to validate system functionalityContributing to the firm's AI buildouts—integrating LLMs and AI-assisted workflows into internal tools, research pipelines, and developer toolingThe role requires solid understanding of engineering principles, very strong programming capabilities, strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and an analytic orientation.Strong problem-solving skillsA strong sense of ownership and responsibility for one’s workStrong command of SQL programming, database engineering principles, and query optimizationExpertise with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript (and related frameworks such as Angular and React), Python, or CFamiliarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and a thoughtful approach to using them in production codebases
