Senior Agentic AI Engineer / AI Orchestrator 3- month rolling contract | Outside IR35 / B2B | Fully remote | UK working hours | Start within 4 weeks *MUST BE BASED IN THE UK Evantis Technology is looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to help a confidential client establish an AI-first software-delivery model. You’ll design and operate multi-agent coding workflows covering specification, implementation, testing, review and release—while ensuring humans retain control of key technical and production decisions. We’re looking for experience in: Orchestrating multiple coding agents in parallel.Claude Code, Codex or comparable coding-agent tooling.Shared context, memory, MCP, tooling and agent handovers.Human approval gates, evaluations, guardrails, observability and failure recovery.Delivering measurable improvements in engineering speed, quality or capacity.Helping established engineering teams adopt these working practices. This isn’t a conventional chatbot, basic RAG or Copilot-only position. We need someone who has applied coding agents to real production software delivery. The client is language-agnostic; advanced agentic capability and systems thinking are more important than any particular programming language.
