Senior Software Engineer, Integrations Contract-to-Hire | Remote | US Citizenship Required Arsenal AI is hiring two Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact integration team supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. This role focuses on building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and external partners. This is a contract-to-hire role. Engineers embed within an Arsenal AI delivery pod and can convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO EHR and partner integrations: Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platforms.API and backend development: Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that power enterprise-grade integrations.Cloud-native engineering: Work in a cloud-native environment using AWS services including ECS/Fargate.Code quality and mentorship: Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.Production support: Troubleshoot production issues and keep integration touchpoints reliable.Architecture and workflow: Improve system architecture and development workflows to support long-term scalability.
