About Cadence Cadence is an angel backed AI-transformation startup in Bahrain that makes enterprises autonomous. We do that by building catered agentic solutions for enterprises. Built by a Berkeley alumnus. The role Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) work inside the enterprises that use Cadence. You sit with the clients who do the work, learn how it actually happens, and build catered AI solutions that take it off them. Deployments rarely start with a specification. You will see a company’s whole operation from the inside, decide what to build, and carry it through to something people use every day. What we value A highly analytical mind, and appetite for technical problems across data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.A strong engineering background, preferred majors include: computer science, mathematics, software engineering, physics or data science.Comfort in a fast-moving environment with one goal in front of it, which is to become the company enterprises in Bahrain call when their operations stop scaling.Takes hard criticism well. Argues for your design when you think it is right, and changes it without ego when it is not.Works well with technical and non-technical people, and stays steady when the objective moves mid-build.Learns continuously, works independently, and decides with little supervision.
