Job Description & Core responsibilities:
Productize and operate the proxy platform across development, test, certification, and production environments.
Build repeatable installation, packaging, configuration, deployment, upgrade, rollback, and recovery processes.
Integrate the platform into enterprise CI/CD and release-management controls.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, health checks, dashboards, and capacity controls.
Support environment readiness, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
Partner with network, software, automation, testing, and BizOps teams on production readiness.
Document operational procedures and support handoff.
Required skills:
Mid-to-senior engineer, ordinarily 6 or more years of relevant experience.
Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Enterprise platform engineering, configuration management, and release engineering.
Observability and production-support practices.
Scripting and automation, preferably Python or shell.
Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical systems.
Preferred experience:
Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tooling.
Network-service or edge-platform operations.
Security scanning, patching, certificate management, and controlled production deployment.
