Project – the aim you’ll have
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Design Team and work with other Designers to ensure we successfully deliver new products and features to market that delight our customers and align with our strategy.
As a Designer, you will provide a consistent and intuitive user experience of our clients’ products across various sectors.
Applying a user-centric approach, you aim to deliver the best experience, creating easy-to-use, high-performing digital products.
Role – How You’ll Contribute
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products.
You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences.
Design user flows, accessible interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
Build, customise, and maintain design systems.
Validate solutions through user research, usability testing, and workshops.
Prepare clear design specifications and guidelines for developers and AI agents.
Present design decisions and collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout implementation.
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need
Proven commercial UX/UI experience, supported by a portfolio.
Advanced Figma proficiency.
Strong practical experience building and adapting design systems to different product.
Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and UX research methods.
Strong communication and presentation skills with international teams and clients.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of design quality and delivery.
Additional Skills – The Edge You Have
Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows connecting design systems to AI agents.
Understanding of HTML/CSS, frontend component libraries.
Experience auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance, and adoption.
